How Do I fill Out the ETA Application Form?

Personal Information

Enter your nationality and travel purpose; select a visa type; confirm how many of you are traveling; valid email, phone number, and address

Passport Details

Enter the number on your passport, its issue date, its expiration date, and the country of issue. Make sure your passport remains valid for at least six (6) months after the planned visit to United Kingdom.
